Steven Waddy

Steven is a former postgraduate student at the University of Sydney under the supervision of Professor David Reilly.

His research focused on Scalable, Low-latency control system for large scale quantum systems utilising classical electronics (FPGA, RAM, ADC, DAC) at cryogenic temperatures.

He sought to present a scalable control system for 100+ qubit spin qubit systems adaptable to other qubit implementations.

Steven completed his PhD in March 2023. His thesis title was Quantum Readout and Control: Scalable Hardware and Techniques for Solid State Quantum Systems.

Qualifications:
BSc (Hons), University of Sydney, Australia
