Chris Ferrie


Dr Chris Ferrie is a Senior Lecturer at the UTS Centre for Quantum Software and Information. He holds a UTS Chancellor’s Research Fellowship and an ARC DERCA Fellowship. He obtained his PhD from the Institute for Quantum Computing (University of Waterloo, Canada) in 2012. His research is on the characterisation and control of quantum devices using machine learning. He is also the author of the best selling children’s book Quantum Physics for Babies.
