EQUS Seminar Series: Dr Susan Harward

Bio: Dr Hayward obtained her undergraduate Science (BSc(Psychology)) and graduate psychology degrees from Deakin University, followed by her PhD from The University of Melbourne. Susan conducts studies on mental health and overall well-being, often within the context of the workplace. She also conducts research around the employment of neurodivergent individuals, specifically those on the autism spectrum, with a particular focus on gender dynamics.
